Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Business Unit Manager (BUM) to lead, develop, and grow a sales unit within our Cairo agency. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, recruiting and developing talent, and executing MetLife’s strategic objectives at the unit level.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Agents to achieve and exceed targets
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales professionals
• Drive business growth through effective sales planning and execution
• Monitor performance metrics, productivity, and compliance standards
• Build a strong sales culture focused on ethics, professionalism, and customer value
• Collaborate with agency leadership to support strategic initiatives
Candidate Profile
• Proven leadership experience in sales, preferably within insurance or financial services
• Strong people management, coaching, and performance management skills
• Solid understanding of sales strategies, KPIs, and pipeline management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to lead in a target-oriented environment
• Experience in agency building and team development is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
