Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:
Support Development Management team in executionof development projectsforBuild-to-Suit, Speculative, & TI projects. The work is focused onentitlement/permitting, design, and construction.
Responsible foraccuratemonitoring,collection, management, and reporting of project dataincluding jobsite safety, cost,qualityand schedule performance
Challenge architects,engineersandcontractorsto drive performance (e.g, schedule, specs, means and methods, and budgets)

Computerproficiency: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, Google Earth, Bluebeam,AutodeskForma.

Hiring Salary Range of: $82,400 - $123,600. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
