As a Core Operations Analyst on the Account Enablement team, you will support the setup and ongoing maintenance of Capital Group’s Retail products, Institutional/Separate accounts, SMA products, and PCS client accounts. You will develop into a broad subject matter expert across key platforms within the team’s remit, including (but not limited to) BlackRock Aladdin, DTCC ALERT, FX Connect, FXall, Tradeweb, and Market Axess
.
In this role, you will serve as a primary reviewer for the Account Enablement space, acting as a critical quality and risk control by applying a meticulous, highly detail‑oriented lens to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards across all work. You bring strong problem‑solving capabilities and an exceptionally sharp eye for detail, along with the curiosity, sound judgment, and action‑oriented mindset required to navigate complex or ambiguous—often first‑time—situations. You will quickly develop proficiency in leveraging our systems to research, thoroughly diagnose, and resolve operational issues with precision and consistency.
