Bayview Asset Management isseekinga driven andhands-onprofessional to join itsPropertyOperations team. This individualwill bedirectlyresponsiblefor the seamless coordination of office operationsin our Coral Gables headquarters.This role is designed to providefull operational coveragefrom 10:00am to 7:00pm, ensuring continuity of building operations, vendor management, employee experience, andfacilitating maintenance and improvement projects.
This individual will manage assigned responsibilities while closely coordinating with theDirector, Operational Safety and Securityto ensureclear ownership,seamless handoffs, and consistent standards across the officeandprovide day today managementandoversight ofteam members.
This is an in-person role in Coral Gables, Florida, requiring daily presence in the office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Director, Operational Safety and Security as the on-siteoperations leadfrom 10:00am to 7:00pm.
- Oversee office readiness, including conference rooms, shared spaces, pantries, seating layouts, andinventorysupply levels.
- Manageday today responsibilitiesof theon the ground PropertyOps team
- Managevendorsfor cleaning, security, maintenance, repairs, and other third-party services during assigned coverage hours.
- Coordinate service calls, troubleshooting, and follow-ups for facilities issues, ensuringtimelyresolution.
- Support enforcement of security, badge access, and visitor protocols.
- Assistwith emergency response readiness, including drills, documentation, and real-time incident management.
- Helpmaintaincompliance with local building requirements, inspections, and operational standards.
- Coordinate withHR,IT,Operational Risk,and other internal teams onemployeelogisticsandoperational requestsimpactingthe workplace.
- Support special projects, office initiatives, and ad-hoc operational needs asneeded.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort interacting across levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and resolve issues in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Basic understanding of the materials, methods, and tools used to construct and repair buildings andinfrastructure ofproperties.
- Understanding oflaws, guidelines, and best practices of property management.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft OfficeSuiteand service/ticket management systems.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 8–10yearsof experience in property management, office operations, or facilities management.
- Prior experience serving as a lead or deputy in an operational environment preferred.
- Strong security experience preferred.
