Responsibilities:
• Originate new advisory and capital raising opportunities
• Lead execution of M&A and financing transactions
• Expand sponsor and strategic buyer relationships
• Develop and mentor junior bankers

• Collaborate with institutional sales, trading, research, and capital markets professionals to broaden client relationships
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 10–20+ years of investment banking experience
• Existing relationships within Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services sectors
• Strong sponsor and strategic buyer connectivity
• Demonstrated ability to independently originate revenue
• Experience leading complex middle-market advisory assignments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in platform-building opportunity
Compensation:
