We are seeking a Product Manager to join Two Sigma Securities’ Execution Services team to help drive our next phase of growth. In this role, you will leverage your product management skills, along with analytical capabilities and technical proficiency, to build best in class execution solutions for our clients.
You Will Take On The Following Responsibilities
- Define and lead product initiatives across the Execution Services business
- Interact with our clients to understand their needs
- Maintain a working knowledge of equities trading, market structure, and the equities market regulatory landscape
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the product functionality is delivered on time and is performing properly
- Produce in-depth analysis of product usage, client and market trends
- Leverage analytical skills to analyze large data sets and provide actionable results to drive product evolution and client product usage
You Should Possess The Following Qualifications
- Experience in Equities electronic trading product management or a related field
- Understanding of Equities execution products, technologies, and market microstructure
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- 5 -10 years working experience for, or with, market making firms is preferred
- Prior technical experience with data and analytics reporting and platforms
- Series 7, 63 and 57 licenses required, or to be obtained shortly after joining

The base pay for this role will be between $165,000 and $300,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
