The Trust Relationship Officer is responsible for providing high-quality trust and fiduciary services to Ultra and High Net Worth (UHNW/HNW) clients. The role supports the servicing and operational maintenance of trust and estate relationships and provides support to Trust Relationship Managers to ensure trust and company structures are administered in accordance with governing documents (e.g., Trust Deed, Memorandum & Articles of Association or equivalent), applicable laws and regulations, and internal policies and standards
As Our Trust Relationship Officer, You Will
- Support the ongoing service of UHNW/HNW trust and estate relationships, responding to client requests and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Provide operational support to Trust Relationship Managers on more complex trust and estate portfolios
- Deliver quality service to customers and beneficiaries by responding to written and telephone enquiries
- Partner with Trust Relationship Managers to forward committee-approved discretionary distributions to Operations for processing
- Prepare and maintain payment documentation, ensuring completeness and the right approvals (customer, co-fiduciary, Trust Relationship Manager and/or committee)
- Maintain activity reports and files as requested; review for accuracy, take corrective action where needed, and prepare files for imaging
- Keep accurate activity records and assemble/complete/amend related documentation; contact customers to resolve documentation exceptions
- Assist with deposits, distributions, investigations, and support Trust Relationship Managers with account openings and closings
- Monitor account portfolios; alert Trust Relationship Managers and customers about outstanding balances and anticipated cash needs (investments/asset purchases, distributions, expense payments); reconcile cash balances and prepare account status reports
You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science, preferably
- Experience in trust/fiduciary administration and client servicing within a regulated financial services environment.
- Working knowledge of trust and company structures, governing documentation, and jurisdictional requirements relevant to the role.
- Strong understanding of due diligence, KYC/AML, and operational risk controls.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver accurate, high-quality reporting.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in handling client queries and stakeholder coordination.
- Commercial awareness (pricing support, identifying opportunities, understanding client needs).
- Ability to coach/support administrators and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Your final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and several variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
