Compensation Range
Hourly: $23.80 - $27.65 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

The main purpose of this job is to support sales teams and leadership by coordinating client and prospect activities, managing reporting and CRM processes, and enabling business development efforts. This role also provides administrative, operational, and project support to ensure efficient execution and a high-quality client and team experience.
Essential Functions
- Support sales teams in achieving business development goals through coordination, reporting, and client/prospect engagement activities
- Maintain and leverage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/Quest) to track pipeline activity, ensure data integrity, and support sales processes
- Generate, analyze, and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making and forecasting
- Assist with client and prospect meetings by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and supporting follow-up activities
- Identify and support sales opportunities across various channels, including internal partnerships and external relationships
- Plan and execute client events, marketing initiatives, and prospect engagement activities aligned to business growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners to promote capabilities and enhance sales effectiveness
- Provide administrative and operational support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and general office functions
- Support onboarding and servicing activities, including documentation, account setup, and internal system coordination
- Contribute to special projects, process improvements, and other initiatives to enhance team efficiency and client experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- General understanding of financial services concepts, including wealth management, client service, and partnership models
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/Quest) and reporting tools to track activity and performance
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal partners to support business objectives and initiatives
- High attention to accuracy in managing data, reports, and administrative processes
- Ability to support sales initiatives by translating business needs into coordinated actions and deliverables
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, administrative support, or financial services environment required
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems required

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $23.80 to $27.65 per hour.
