WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
TheSenior Principal, Commercial Partnershipsat SimCorp is responsible fordriving the development and management of strategic partnerships that alignwith SimCorp's businessobjectivesand expand its market presence in the Americas. With typically 12-15 years of experience in business development, partnership management, and strategic marketing, this role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, cultivating relationships, and leading negotiations to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. The Senior Principal, Commercial Partnerships ensures that these partnerships contribute to SimCorp's growth and overall success, while also collaborating closely with senior leadership and key internal teams to drive alignment across the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Lead the development and execution of SimCorp’s Americasstrategic partnership strategy, aligning with organizational goals and market expansion objectives
Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities in alignment with SimCorp’s growth areas, industry trends, and customer needs
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Oversee the negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements, ensuring that terms and conditions support SimCorp’s strategic and financial goals
Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, and marketing teams to integrate strategic partnerships into go-to-market strategies and business development plans
Manage cross-functional teams to drive partnership initiatives, including marketing, product, legal, and customer success teams
Track and measure the performance of partnerships, providing regular updates and recommendations for optimization to senior leadership
Champion the voice of the partner within SimCorp, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external partners
Identify and manage potential risks within partnerships, working proactively to resolve any issues and ensure long-term success
Collaborate closely witha team ofcommercialpartnership managers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals andidentifyingbest practices

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $181,800 - $251,160 USD . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Your total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
