Future Standard is seeking a Global Engineering and Operations Planning and Execution Project Delivery Associate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the delivery of strategic, cross-functional corporate initiatives and plays a key role in establishing disciplined project governance, portfolio reporting, and performance measurement practices across the organization. The individual in this role will oversee projects that span departments, collaborate with all necessary departments and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of assigned projects. Working under the guidance of experienced project and business leaders, this Associate will gain experience as a project manager using Agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies. In addition, this role will help manage project execution responsibilities, this role will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a portfolio reporting framework, including creating standardized project metrics, defining KPIs, tracking initiative performance, and producing executive-level reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Act as a project manager, coordinating activities among various project participants and stakeholders.
- Define and manage project scope, schedules, tasks, deliverables, issues, risks in support of project activities.
- Create detailed schedules, project progress reports, and other deliverables essential to project execution and control.
- Define and maintain project reporting that allows stakeholders to see their responsibilities, timelines and understand the critical path, and assess project health.
- Support documentation of business and technical requirements, analysis of workflows, gaps, and process improvement plans.
- Manage changes to projects through effective participation in change control processes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and project information, orchestrating meetings and managing stakeholders using negotiation, influence and collaboration techniques.
- Work with third party vendors and create strategic partnerships to ensure business needs are being met.
- Plan and carry out Strategic Planning and Execution initiatives as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong analytical, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail. Ability to analyze information, develop plans, identify risks and issues, and manage change.
- Ability to engage stakeholders, collaborate and achieve alignment and execution against a plan.
- Familiarity with technology and curiosity and desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and analysis skills.
- Experience or strong aptitude for planning, process improvements and managing initiatives to successful completion.
- Asset or investment management knowledge and experience a plus.
- Skills managing multiple priorities and exercising good judgement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced growth-oriented environment
