Overview
Allspring is seeking a senior Consultant Relations leader to lead and evolve our engagement model with the institutional investment consultant community. This player-coach role will manage a team of consultant relations professionals while also directly owning strategic firm coverage. The role will focus on securing new ratings, defending and maintaining existing ratings, and commercializing consultant support into funded opportunities, with a particular emphasis on OCIO platforms and discretionary assets.
The successful candidate will help move Allspring from a primarily regional consultant coverage model to a more integrated approach that blends firm-tiering, regional engagement, and specialized coverage across research, OCIO, and field consultant channels. This leader will bring a proactive, commercial, and creative mindset that helps the team move beyond responding to searches already in market and toward creating demand, shaping consultant conversations, and positioning Allspring earlier in the decision-making process.
We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.
