We are seeking an experienced Benefits & Payroll specialist to provide maternity leave coverage for our North America HR team.
This role will be responsible for the administration of employee benefits programs, payroll auditing, leave management, open enrollment support, vendor management, and benefits compliance activities.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now Benefits Administration and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and leave benefits.
- Manage benefit enrollments, employee changes, terminations, carrier integrations, and ongoing data reconciliation across benefit platforms.
- Review monthly benefit invoices, validate enrollment data, and coordinate related purchase orders.
- Serve as the primary administrator for ADP Workforce Now Benefits, including system updates, benefit configuration, and Open Enrollment support.
- Partner with benefit carriers, brokers, and ADP to resolve eligibility, billing, and file feed discrepancies.
- Support and coordinate annual Open Enrollment activities, employee communications, and vendor presentations.
- Administer leave of absence programs, including disability and paid family leave, while coordinating with payroll, employees, managers, and third-party administrators.
- Audit payroll for benefit deductions, employee contributions, and benefit-related changes to ensure accuracy.
- Complete benefit-related compliance reporting, filings, audits, and year-end processes.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide ongoing support regarding benefits and payroll-related matters.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of benefits administration experience.
- Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now Benefits Administration.
- Payroll processing, auditing, or payroll review experience required.
- Experience managing Open Enrollment and vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of leave administration, benefits compliance, and employee benefits programs.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Assignment: Maternity-leave coverage
- Anticipated duration: August 2026 through February 2027
- Schedule: 24 hours per week, Tuesday through Thursday
- Location: Boston office preferred, with flexibility for remote work
- Compensation: $65–$75 per hour
