Location: Field-Based, Minnesota & Western Wisconsin Territory
Federated Hermes is seeking a Sr. Regional Consultant/Regional Consultant with demonstrated success to drive sales growth and grow relationships with independent financial firms and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with independent firms and RIAs to promote Federated Hermes investment products and solutions.
- Conduct sales meetings, identify client needs, and support business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Portfolio Managers, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Sales, to deliver exceptional client service and support the sales process.
- Maintain accurate client activity records in Salesforce/CRM systems and provide market and client feedback to management.
- Represent Federated Hermes at industry conferences, seminars, and client events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; business-related field preferred. Master's degree, CIMA, or CFP designation is a plus.
- Experience in outside sales, sales support, or financial services required; significant financial services sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio analytics.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required or ability to obtain immediately.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license required; extensive travel within the territory is expected.
