We are quite different than the vast majority of other investment management companies in multiple ways. First, we always invest our personal capital alongside our Partners. We have more than $650mm of our personal capital committed to our investment vehicles. We provide access to our Partners to co-invest with us in these vehicles, which we believe provide the best opportunities for our families’ and our Shareholders’ money. Second, because of the scale of our investments, we have access to opportunities that would otherwise not be available to investors with less than $250mm - $500mm of investable assets. Quite simply, there are many investments we can provide for our Partners they could never access on their own. Third, and what we believe is the most unique feature of our Firm, almost all of our compensation is earned only if an investor makes money. In many cases, if our Partners do not make money, we don’t get paid. This ultimate alignment of interests is why we focus on finding the absolute best risk/reward opportunities available.
Associate – Marketing:
The Marketing Associate supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives designed to promote investment strategies, support capital raising efforts, and strengthen client engagement. This cross-functional role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations and partners with Capital Formation, Investment Management, Compliance to create and maintain compelling materials that effectively communicate and elevate our messaging and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business goals by translating them into effective, consistent marketing materials and campaigns that employ best practices and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the streamlining and scaling of marketing operations by identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve processes and productivity.
- Serve as a key partner to the Capital Formation Team, delivering presentations, executive summaries, website content, email templates, and other collateral designed to promote a range of investment strategies, funds, and opportunities across distribution channels, including RIAs, independent broker-dealers, family offices, and high-net-worth investors.
- Help maintain the marketing asset library, including versioning, organization, and distribution of collateral; and prepare materials for Compliance review and archiving.
- Support fund launches, campaigns, and events by executing assigned workstreams, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with external vendors for printing, shipping, and event materials.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of experience in financial services marketing.
- Proficient in graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) and MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong design skills, creativity, and experience in content creation.
- Quick learner with the ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud or other CRM tools is advantageous.
- Can-do, entrepreneurial attitude and ability to take on projects with limited guidance once acclimated to the job.
Competencies:
- Marketing project execution with attention to detail: Executes assigned workstreams for fund launches, campaigns, and events with precision; tracks deadlines and deliverables closely; ensures accuracy and consistency before work moves forward.
- Content quality and design: Creates and maintains presentations, executive summaries, email templates, website content, and other collateral that is accurate, on-brand, and visually polished; applies strong design skills and creativity to elevate the quality of every deliverable.
- Marketing operations and process improvement: Identifies opportunities to streamline workflows and improve existing processes; helps maintain an organized, well-governed marketing asset library; contributes practical solutions that increase efficiency and productivity across the Marketing Team.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partners effectively with Capital Formation, Investment Management, and Compliance to support shared goals; communicates clearly with stakeholders across Teams and contributes reliably to group efforts.
Compensation Structure:
- Base salary will be commensurate with experience.
- Bonus opportunities will be tied to effectiveness, measured by a periodic goal-setting process, with the amount of opportunity depending on value-added to the organization and firm profitability.
