Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Ramon, CA, responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for assigned business units. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, monitoring variance against budget, and providing insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role includes developing and maintaining financial models, ensuring accurate and timely month-end close processes, and coordinating with accounting, operations, and investment teams to maintain data integrity. The Finance Manager will also support regulatory and internal reporting requirements, contribute to process improvements, and assist in presentations and materials for senior leadership. This position requires strong stakeholder communication, adherence to internal controls, and consistent application of KKR’s financial policies and standards.
