Your opportunity
- Act as a senior partner to the Head of Talent Management, translating the global talent and learning strategy into disciplined delivery and practical business outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end execution of core talent review and succession planning activities, including process preparation, manager and HR guidance, quality checks, calibration facilitation, action tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate leadership and learning sessions for senior and cross-functional audiences, creating an engaging, inclusive environment and converting discussion into clear decisions and actions.
- Lead the operational delivery of selected leadership development programmes and learning initiatives, coordinating scope, stakeholders, content, communications, logistics and evaluation.
- Support the design and delivery of executive development and coaching solutions, including needs analysis, vendor coordination, participant experience and follow-through.
- Help shape and deliver the firm’s AI learning agenda, partnering with subject-matter experts to integrate practical AI capability into leadership and broader learning experiences.
- Provide programme leadership for the Leadership Academy portfolio, working across programme owners to maintain coherence, quality, governance and a strong learner experience.
- Use data, feedback and external insight to improve talent and learning solutions, simplify ways of working and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with HR partners, business leaders and colleagues across regions, stepping in for the Head of Talent Management where appropriate and helping the team prioritise effectively.

Must have skills
- Substantial experience in talent management, leadership development or organisational development within a complex, global organisation.
- Demonstrated experience leading talent review and succession planning processes, including calibration facilitation and action follow-through.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with credibility and composure when working with senior leaders and executive audiences.
- Strong programme leadership skills, with the ability to move between strategy, design and hands-on execution across multiple priorities.
- Experience designing or delivering leadership and learning solutions, using clear objectives, sound adult-learning principles and practical evaluation.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the judgement to challenge constructively and influence without relying on formal authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear decisions, materials and messages.
- Comfort using data and technology to improve talent and learning decisions, learner experience and operational efficiency.
Nice to have skills
- Experience supporting executive coaching programmes or working with external coaching providers.
- Experience developing AI capability, digital learning or technology-enabled learning solutions.
- Experience in financial services, asset management or another regulated environment.
- Experience working across the US and international markets in a global matrix organisation.
- Relevant professional qualification or postgraduate study in HR, organisational psychology, learning or a related discipline.
- Experience building business acumen or enterprise leadership curricula.

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through October 30, 2026.
