We are looking for a talented Program Manager to help develop Two Sigma's AI Fluency programs. With the long-term objective of integrating agentic AI as a collaborative partner across all business functions, this person will play a key role in upskilling employees through comprehensive education and integrated programs to make this vision a reality.
You will turn strategy into concrete curriculum, content, and programs, working within a small team to prioritize what gets built and shipped. This is a hands-on role requiring comfort with ambiguity, breadth of capability, and the judgment to execute well against competing demands.
You Will Take On The Following Responsibilities
Education & Training
- Design comprehensive curricula spanning multiple skill levels and learning modalities
- Plan and deliver training programs, workshops, and ongoing education initiatives
- Measure learning outcomes and iterate on educational approaches
Stakeholder Enablement
- Engage directly with teams across the organization to understand their workflows, challenges, and opportunities for AI augmentation
- Design and execute adoption strategies that meet stakeholders where they are, building comfort and capability incrementally
Knowledge Architecture
- Inventory and assess existing knowledge repositories across the firm
- Design classification systems and access methodologies for institutional knowledge
- Partner with knowledge holders to capture tacit expertise
You Should Possess The Following Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience required; 5 - 10 years of experience driving technology adoption, organizational change, or technical program management at scale
- BS or equivalent work experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (an MS is a plus)
- Experience designing and delivering technical education or training programs
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for varied audiences
- Comfort operating autonomously in ambiguous, greenfield environments

The base pay for this role will be between $165,000 and $300,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
