About the Role
Evercore is seeking an Experienced Analyst / Associate to join the Advisory Future State team in New York to help drive the adoption and long-term impact of AI across Investment Banking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading change, improving how organizations work, and helping teams successfully adopt new technologies.
The successful candidate will work closely with bankers, senior leadership, Technology, and cross-functional teams to support AI adoption, develop training and enablement programs, measure business impact, and help evolve the way Advisory teams work in an AI-enabled environment. The role combines strategy, execution, analytics, and stakeholder management, offering the opportunity to help shape how AI transforms the firm's operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and adoption of AI capabilities across Advisory through training, communications, and change management initiatives
- Develop training materials, best practices, and enablement resources to help bankers effectively integrate AI into their day-to-day workflows
- Partner with business leaders to identify adoption opportunities, gather user feedback, and continuously improve the AI user experience
- Track adoption, usage, and business impact through dashboards, analytics, and management reporting, helping measure the value created by AI initiatives
- Contribute to the design of Evercore's future operating model by identifying opportunities to reimagine workflows, collaboration models, and how advisory teams leverage AI to deliver greater value to clients
- Collaborate with Technology, Data, Legal, Compliance, HR, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions
- Prepare presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership to support decision-making
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is intellectually curious and eager to take ownership in a dynamic environment.
Core Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or another financial services environment is required
- Demonstrated interest in AI, business transformation, and technology-enabled process improvement
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn new technologies

Location
This position is based in New York. In-office attendance is expected in line with Evercore’s standard in-office policies.
Expected Base Salary Range: $135,000 - 185,000
