We are an established independent wealth management practice serving high-net-worth individuals and business owners locally and across the country. We operate within a collaborative, team-based structure and are entering our next phase of strategic growth.
We are seeking a licensed Financial Advisor whose primary responsibility will be leading business development and prospecting efforts for the firm.
This is not a solo “build from zero” role.
This is an opportunity to generate opportunities within an established practice where senior advisors collaborate on strategy, planning, and closing.

Who This Role Is Designed For
You may currently be at a bank, wirehouse, or insurance platform and have:
• 2–7 years of advisory experience
• Series 7 and Series 66 (or 65)
• Proven initiative in prospecting
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Realized how difficult it is to build alone
• The desire to grow within a team rather than operate independently
CFP® designation not required.

• Lead marketing and prospecting initiatives
• Generate new relationships for the team
• Participate in client strategy and planning discussions
• Assist in servicing and expanding existing relationships
• Contribute to firm growth initiatives
Senior advisors support closing and client strategy. You focus on building pipeline and developing relationships within a structured environment.
