We are an established independent wealth management practice serving high-net-worth individuals and business owners locally and across the country. We operate within a collaborative, team-based structure and are entering our next phase of strategic growth.
We are seeking a licensed Financial Advisor whose primary responsibility will be leading business development and prospecting efforts for the firm while contributing to team-based client servicing and long-term relationship growth.
This is not a solo “build from zero” role.
This is an opportunity to generate opportunities within an established practice where senior advisors collaborate on strategy, planning, and closing.
A large portable book is not required.
Who This Role Is Designed For
You may currently be at a bank, wirehouse, insurance platform, or independent firm and have:
• 2–7 years of advisory experience
• Series 65 or 66 (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Proven initiative in prospecting and relationship development
• Strong communication and business development instincts
• Realized the challenges of building entirely alone
• The desire to grow within a structured, team-based environment
CFP® designation not required.
Your Primary Focus
• Lead marketing and prospecting initiatives for the firm
• Generate new client relationships and business opportunities
• Participate in client strategy and planning discussions
• Assist in servicing and expanding existing relationships
• Contribute to firm-wide growth initiatives
Senior advisors support closing and long-term client strategy. You focus on building pipeline, cultivating relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and servicing efforts of the team.
Compensation Structure
• Competitive base salary
• Performance-based bonus tied to revenue you originate
• Participation in firm-wide growth incentives
• Long-term leadership and potential ownership opportunities based on performance, contribution, and alignment
