Role Description The Insurance Agent is a full-time role responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of insurance clients, with a focus on MetLife Investment Management’s products and solutions. This hybrid position is based in Heliopolis, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, conducting needs assessments, presenting appropriate insurance solutions, and supporting clients through the application, underwriting, and policy issuance process. The Insurance Agent will provide ongoing customer service, respond to inquiries, handle policy updates, and ensure timely renewals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, following compliance and regulatory standards, and meeting individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively acquire, advise, and retain clients.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance products and markets to match solutions to client needs and risk profiles.
- Candidates should possess Finance skills to understand investment-related solutions, premiums, and risk-adjusted returns.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and relationship management skills to deliver responsive, client-centric support.
- Relevant experience in insurance or financial services, preferably with institutional or high-net-worth clients, is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Heliopolis, manage time independently, and use digital tools and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
