Analyst / Associate Position:
Description
We are looking for a full-time Senior Analyst / Junior Associate to join Gramercy’s Capital Solutions team (Private Credit). The candidate will participate in the sourcing, due diligence, structuring and monitoring of private credit transactions across selected emerging markets, with a particular focus in Latin America and CEEMEA. This opportunity will allow the candidate to work with the Capital Solutions investment team analyzing and structuring transactions across different industries, focusing on providing attractive risk-adjusted returns to our clients by financing companies, lending platforms, and situations unattended by traditional financing sources. Gramercy’s Capital Solutions team is one of the largest private credit franchises in the region, with material funds raised to be deployed.
Experience required:
· 2 to 3 years of relevant full-time experience in an investment bank, private equity or private credit firm.
· Strong financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and credit analysis skills.
· Ability to communicate clearly and synthetically, verbally and in writing.
· Ability to manage different tasks in a fast pace environment.
· Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
