Head Individual Markets Communications
In this role, you will define, direct, and execute an integrated internal communications strategy that advances business growth and transformation. You will
- Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy that meaningfully impacts growth and transformation goals across our Individual Markets business, responsible for a unique audience mix including colleagues as well as our field channel.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executives and stakeholders.
- Own change communications for major transformation initiatives across the organization, including stakeholder mapping, risk/issue management, and adoption communications.
- Develop content to support execution of strategy (program plans, leader messages, speaker presentations, event facilitation guides etc.).
- Define success metrics and produce regular insights to continuously improve communication impact.
- Work cross-functionally to influence and drive alignment across business, strategy, talent and communications.

You have
- 10+ years of communications experience, preferably in the Insurance/Financial Services industry or other highly regulated industry; internal communications experience desired.
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
- Successful track record for executing internal communications campaigns and developing strong working relationships with senior leaders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in an environment where you juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional equivalent.
Reporting relationships
You will report to our Head of Internal Communications.
Location and other requirements
- Hybrid with 3 days in our New York, NY office.
- Up to 20% travel within US.
Salary Range:
$155,370.00 - $255,255.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
