Broadridge is seeking an experienced and strategic Product Owner to define, prioritize, and drive the development of product features and enhancements across key platforms. This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, evaluating market trends and competitive dynamics, and translating business requirements into clear product roadmaps and actionable development plans.
The Product Owner will serve as a key decision-maker in shaping product direction, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and user experience. This individual will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and support Broadridge’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and assess customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product strategy.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and development requirements.
- Evaluate and prioritize product ideas, enhancements, and change requests based on ROI and strategic value.
- Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Develop and manage end-to-end product plans, including timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Support go-to-market planning, including product positioning, pricing considerations, and launch execution.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Make informed decisions on product scope, trade-offs, and feature prioritization.
- Lead cross-functional teams through product development cycles and ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6–10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and software development processes.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience conducting market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and ROI assessments.
- Strong leadership experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level influence.
- Ability to manage complex, high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: 180,000.00 – 200,000.00 USD annual
