You Will:
- Manage day-to-day sales reporting/visualizations/dashboards for distribution including industry flows, gross sales/redemptions/net sales, market share and any other ad hoc requests
- Provide Value-add analytics for management to foster a deeper understanding of current trends in data including market research data, wholesaler targeting and management reporting
- Support Head of Data Strategy and Sales Enablement team with broker dealer data packs and 3rd party vendor data. Help streamline bringing data in, connecting data sources together, and allowing for faster and more consistent dashboards and reporting
- Builds various presentations for senior management including Trustees, Corporate Boards and other sales meetings throughout the year
- Support ETF effort by streamlining reporting, being able to use ETF portals like Fidelity, Envestnet, and Broadridge, and help combine ETF reporting with all other sales data for management and sales team to better manage the business.
- Stay connected to best practices in the industry by interacting with 3rd party vendors and industry events
You Have:
- 10 years of experience in reporting/analytics in retail distribution
- The ability to analyze industry trends and communicate to sales leadership
- Expertise in Power BI, asset management sales reporting, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, AI Snowflake

Target Compensation:
The target base salary range for this position is $140,000- $155,000
Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.
Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
Victory Capital Management’s total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
