Here’s a summary of the role
Diligent is seeking a talented and driven Business Operations & Analytics Manager to join the Office of the CEO, reporting directly to the SVP, AI Transformation & Strategic Programs. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for an early-career operator who is excited to work at the intersection of executive priorities, governance, ESG-related processes, and AI transformation.
This role is best suited for someone who is energized by turning priorities into action. You will help expand the impact of the Office of the CEO by bringing structure, follow-through, and process discipline to key initiatives. You will support cross-functional execution, help document and improve governance processes, contribute to ESG-related reporting activities, and identify opportunities to automate and accelerate work through AI. The right person is intellectually curious, highly organized, eager to experiment with AI, and motivated by the chance to help shape how Diligent operates as an AI-forward company.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff)
- Support strategic and operational initiatives led through the Office of the CEO, with a focus on governance and reporting processes and AI transformation priorities.
- Help drive cross-functional execution by tracking workstreams, following up with stakeholders, surfacing risks and dependencies, and helping maintain momentum on key initiatives.
- Document, organize, and improve core governance processes, including ESG-related reporting and internal operating cadences.
- Identify opportunities to streamline work through process improvement, workflow standardization, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Support AI transformation efforts by helping track use cases, capture progress, coordinate stakeholders, and enable adoption across the business.
- Partner with the CEO, Chief of Staff, Apps & Analytics team, and functional plan owners to prepare materials, synthesize updates, and support leadership visibility into progress against company priorities and OKRs.
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Approximately 2+ years of professional experience in business operations, program coordination, consulting, analytics, project management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow through consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear documents, summaries, and updates for senior stakeholders.
- Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and a strong desire to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI, including a willingness to experiment with tools and apply them to improve day-to-day work.
- Comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time.
It would be great if you had these to, but we’ll support you if you don’t:
- Exposure to governance, ESG, board-related, or executive reporting processes.
- Experience supporting cross-functional programs or operating cadences in a matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with process mapping, workflow documentation, dashboards, or automation opportunities.
- Experience using AI tools to improve research, documentation, analysis, or productivity.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
