Role Overview
The Remote Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Conrad Financial Service. This role is essential to maintaining organized workflows, clear communication, and timely client service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination
• Handle email correspondence and inbox organization
• Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and internal records
• Maintain organized digital filing systems
Client & Team Coordination
• Assist with client communications and follow-ups
• Schedule meetings and calls with clients and internal staff
• Serve as a point of contact for routine administrative inquiries
Data & Process Support
• Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance
• Assist with tracking deadlines, tasks, and deliverables
• Support compliance-related documentation and internal processes
Project & Operational Assistance
• Support special projects as assigned
• Help improve administrative processes and efficiency
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers as needed
Required Qualifications
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom)
• Reliable internet connection and secure home workspace
