Broadridge is growing! We are actively seeking a Client Implementations Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Pittsburgh office. This is a key, client-facing role responsible for leading complex client onboarding and implementation projects for our Data & Analytics products.
The Client Implementations Project Manager will guide clients through all phases of implementation, from point of sale through production go-live and transition to ongoing support. This role requires strong project leadership, technical comfort working with data, and the ability to align client business needs with product capabilities and best practices. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels, managing multiple priorities, collaborating across teams, and performing hands-on technical analysis when needed.
This role is Hybrid, which means you will be assigned to our Pittsburgh, PA office and given the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects from sale through go-live and transition to support.
- Serve as the primary client-facing implementation lead, managing communication, expectations, timelines, and delivery.
- Build and maintain project plans, status reports, documentation, and key implementation artifacts.
- Lead discovery, fit/gap analysis, and solution planning to align client needs with product capabilities and best practices.
- Advise clients on product configuration and usage to drive value and adoption.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver milestones on time and ensure successful implementations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and challenges to keep projects on track.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to clients, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Perform or oversee technical implementation tasks, including data feed onboarding, SQL-based analysis, data validation, system configuration, and product fit/gap support.
- Develop training and reference materials to support onboarding and client handoff.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to guide clients and support solution delivery.
- Provide direction, guidance, and day-to-day collaboration to Project Coordinators supporting implementation workstreams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or related client-facing delivery roles, preferably in Saa, data, analytics or financial services environments.
- Experience leading client-facing implementation or onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate competing priorities.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations, solve problems, and drive decisions forward.
- Understanding of data management principles, including ETL, schemas, data structures, and basic data transformation.
- Working proficiency in SQL and ability to analyze structured data for validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams, including global colleagues.
- Demonstrated understanding of generative AI tools and how they can be applied to improve implementation efficiency, communication, risk awareness, and collaboration across teams.
Salary range $75,000.00- $90,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
