Senior Strategy and Operations Lead
The Senior Strategy and Operations Lead plays a critical role in supporting the Chief of Staff and partnering with senior marketing leaders to drive strategic planning, performance management, and operational excellence. This position owns key processes such as annual planning, metrics and dashboard development, leadership reporting, and executive decision support.
The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who excels at translating data into insights, building performance frameworks, and creating executive-level narratives that drive leadership decision-making. They leverage AI tools as a core part of their workflow — accelerating analysis, improving quality, and scaling output without sacrificing rigor. They must be highly organized, analytical, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Senior Strategy and Operations Lead, your key responsibilities will be:
Strategic planning & performance management: Support annual planning processes, including development and monitoring of goals and OKRs, and ensure alignment of priorities across the marketing function. Use AI tools to synthesize inputs across teams, surface gaps in goal coverage, and draft scenario analyses faster.
Metrics & dashboard development: Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems that provide timely visibility into marketing performance and business outcomes. Apply AI to automate recurring data pulls, generate narrative commentary on trends, and flag anomalies before leadership reviews.
Executive decision support: Conduct detailed analyses to generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations. Leverage AI to accelerate research, competitive benchmarking, and first-draft synthesis — then apply your judgment to shape the final recommendation.
Leadership meeting preparation: Coordinate and develop materials for QBRs, leadership meetings, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions. Use AI to draft agendas, generate pre-read summaries, and track follow-through on action items and escalations.
Executive-level narrative development: Create clear, compelling presentations, reports, and strategic communications that translate complex data into executive-ready stories. Use AI to draft initial narrative structures and slide language, then refine for tone, accuracy, and audience.
Operational excellence: Partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to streamline planning processes and improve operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to embed AI into recurring workflows — reducing manual overhead while maintaining rigorous tracking of goals and initiatives.
Cross-functional project leadership: Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement for strategic initiatives. Use AI-powered tools for project tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communication drafts — ensuring accountability and alignment across teams.
