We’re looking for a Project Manager who enjoys bringing people, ideas, and priorities together to get things done.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects from planning through completion. You’ll work closely with different teams, keep everyone moving in the same direction, and make sure deadlines, budgets, and expectations are managed along the way.
We’re looking for someone who is organized and dependable, but also practical and approachable. Someone who can spot a problem early, communicate clearly, and step in when things don’t go according to plan.
What You’ll Do
- Lead projects from initial planning through successful delivery.
- Work with stakeholders and team members to understand goals, priorities, and expectations.
- Build realistic project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Keep projects on track and make sure responsibilities are clear.
- Identify risks or roadblocks early and work with the right people to resolve them.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
- Coordinate across teams and help remove obstacles that slow the work down.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets where applicable.
- Keep project documentation, schedules, and action items organized.
- Help teams stay focused without creating unnecessary processes or meetings.
- Learn from completed projects and look for ways to make future projects run better.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear, confident communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Good judgment and a practical approach to solving problems.
- Comfortable working with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Experience with project management tools such as [Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar].
- A degree in business, project management, or a related field is helpful, but relevant experience matters more.
What Success Looks Like
You’ll know you’re doing well when projects are moving forward, people know what they need to do, problems are addressed before they become bigger issues, and stakeholders feel informed and confident.
Most importantly, we want someone who takes ownership. You don’t need to have every answer, but you should be comfortable asking the right questions, bringing people together, and finding a way forward.
Why Join Us
We believe good work happens when people are trusted to do their jobs, supported by their teams, and given room to make a difference. You’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with talented people, and help shape how we deliver work across the organization.
If you’re someone who likes turning plans into progress and enjoys seeing a project come together, we’d love to hear from you.
