About The Role
As a CBRE Transaction Management Analyst on the Data Centers Solutions team you will provide evaluation and support for site selection, lease administration and financial reporting.
This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling of data center facilities behalf of clients
What You'll Do
- Participate in various real estate transactions, supporting with deal documents, lease negotiation, administration, and financial analysis.
- Build and maintain market surveys using Google Earth, Excel, GIS, and Market Canvas files.
- Prepare RFPs, LOI’s and review responses. Evaluate data and prepare specialized reports on average asking rents, precent sales transactions, tenants / buyers in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
- Manage, monitor, and report monthly on the progress of lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, Land acquisitions due diligence period, and build-to-suit budgets.
- Manage detailed transaction process for clients with weekly status updates on current projects and market information.
- Support the development of multi market site selection strategies, including data gathering, mapping, and comparative analysis.
- Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements. Prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Willingness to ask questions and check for understanding.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $77,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $87,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
