Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models and databases that support ongoing and bespoke research needs.
- Support senior strategist in authoring high-quality research reports, thematic pieces, and marketing materials that clearly communicate our investment views with actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct quantitative and fundamental analysis of U.S. equity markets, sectors, styles, and factors.
- Assist in creating charts, exhibits, and statistical analyses used in published research.
- Monitor market developments, earnings trends, economic data releases, and investment flows.
- Collaborate effectively teams internally across regions and teams to produce high-quality, cross-discipline research reports.
- Collaborate with sales and trading to communicate investment views and market thematics.
- Leverage proprietary, third-party, and alternative datasets to identify trends and support differentiated investment recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in equity research, investment strategy, asset management, or a related analytical role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for financial markets, investing, and macro-economic trends.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear and actionable investment conclusions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with large datasets and statistical analysis.
- Programming experience in Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
- Familiarity with financial data platforms such as FactSet, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar resources is preferred.
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63, 86, and 87) or the ability to obtain them upon hire preferred.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $100,000 - $120,000.

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
