The Impact You Will Have In This Role
Being a member of IT Cybersecurity & Platform Strategy team , the purpose of Cloud Security Engineering team is to provide outstanding and versatile cloud security services to the enterprise securing the workloads, application and data in AWS, Azure and GCP. This position is for a Cloud Security Manager. The ideal person is passionate about building, mentoring and leading a highly motivated cloud security team.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud security engineers, fostering a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the operational management and continuous enhancement of cloud security capabilities across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including CSPM, CNAPP, vulnerability management, cloud identity, and compliance monitoring.
- Partner with application, infrastructure, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to drive remediation of security findings and reduce enterprise cloud risk.
- Establish and maintain cloud security standards, baselines, controls, metrics, and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Drive automation, orchestration, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency, security coverage, and service delivery across the cloud security program.
- Develop and maintain operational processes, runbooks, and governance frameworks while supporting audits, incident response activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of cybersecurity, cloud security, or security engineering experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of people leadership or team management experience.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
Talents Needed For Success
- Experience leading and developing high-performing cybersecurity or cloud security engineering teams.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).
- Experience operating cloud security platforms, including CSPM, CNAPP, vulnerability management, and compliance monitoring solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security architecture, identity and access management, and cloud governance practices.
- Experience with tools such as Wiz is needed and familiarity with Qualys, Guardium, and Aquasec is highly preferred
- Experience defining security baselines, cloud guardrails, and remediation programs to reduce enterprise risk.
- Experience developing operational metrics, executive reporting, and service-level performance measurements.
- Ability to learn and adapt to a changing technology landscape.
- Strong understanding of automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and scripting using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence technical and business teams.
- Any Industry-recognized cybersecurity or cloud certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Security +, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, GCSA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
