What You’ll Do
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll create and execute proactive recruiting and sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers across the organization, and collaborate with HR team members to identify and hire top talent.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- 3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience; corporate recruiting preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Diversity focused recruiting experience as well as experience with community and college outreach programs preferred
- Experience with HCM/ ATS preferred
