The Centers of Enablement (CoE) Administrator, Associate is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for enterprise CoE activities, governance processes, knowledge management resources, stakeholder communications, and training coordination. The incumbent assists with maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings and events, tracking activities, supporting reporting efforts, and facilitating day-to-day CoE operations. This position supports the successful implementation of CoE standards, governance practices, and enablement initiatives while developing knowledge of organizational processes, technology adoption, and continuous improvement practices.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Centers of Enablement Administration
•Assists with the coordination and administration of CoE operational activities, schedules, meetings, and deliverables.
•Maintains governance documentation, templates, procedures, and records.
•Prepares meeting materials, meeting minutes, action item logs, and follow-up communications.
•Tracks routine assignments and supports completion of administrative activities.
Stakeholder Coordination and Communication
•Supports stakeholder communications and engagement activities.
•Responds to routine inquiries and directs requests to appropriate resources.
•Assists with preparing communications, announcements, and informational materials.
Knowledge Management
•Maintains CoE site, knowledge materials and content libraries.
•Uploads, organizes, and updates training materials, guidance documents, and governance resources.
•Reviews content for formatting consistency and completeness.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
•Collects and compiles participation, training, and activity data.
•Maintains standard reports and dashboards.
•Assists with data validation and reporting activities.
Training and Enablement Coordination
•Schedules and coordinates training sessions, workshops, and office hours.
•Supports onboarding activities and learning programs.
•Maintains course materials, attendance records, and training documentation.
Change Management and Adoption Support
•Assists with communication and awareness activities supporting CoE initiatives.
•Supports user engagement and adoption campaigns.
•Escalates identified issues and barriers to appropriate staff.
Performs related work as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Required Education
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or a closely related field.
•High school diploma or equivalent and additional full-time experience in program administration, knowledge management or business administration or related experience may be substituted on an equivalent year-for-year basis.
Required Experience
•Up to two (2) years of full-time experience in administrative support, business operations, program coordination, training administration, knowledge management, project support, or related experience.
Required Registration, Certification, Licensure
•
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience supporting Centers of Excellence, Centers of Enablement, governance programs, organizational change initiatives, or technology adoption efforts.
•Knowledge of project management, portfolio management, process improvement, or change management principles.
•Experience coordinating training programs, workshops, or learning initiatives.
•Familiarity with knowledge management practices and collaboration platforms.
•Experience supporting citizen development, automation, low-code/no-code solutions, Copilot technologies, Power Platform, or related initiatives.
•Experience working in the public sector, pension, benefits, financial services, or highly regulated environment.
