Position Overview:
As a member of Marketing & Client Services, you will have critical interaction with all members of the team in supporting new business and servicing existing clients. You will be responsible for completing RFPs/DDQs and responding to a variety of client/prospect support requests to help grow our business. This role will report directly to the RFP Manager.
Core Responsibilities:
- Proactively address Request for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), recurring client reporting, and ad hoc client/prospect requests
- Review, edit, and approve RFPs, DDQs, client reporting, and ad hoc client/prospect requests
- Lead on-going projects such as the implementation and maintenance of new tools, AI skills, and RFP library and consultant database governance
- Draft responses to new/unique questions for prospects or clients
- Provide day-to-day support to junior staff
- Articulate in writing our investment philosophy, process, and outlook; and access relevant performance and other attribution data
- Understand and analyze performance attribution and assist with reporting and commentary as needed
- Complete ad hoc projects to support sales and management team as requested
- Strategically develop best-in-class communications materials
- Partner with investment team, operations, legal, and other subject matter experts throughout the firm to coordinate accurate RFP/DDQ responses
- Assist with improvement and maintenance of standard language in RFP and consultant databases
- Build an in-depth understanding of the firm’s products and strategy and use financial acumen as it relates to RFP materials

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in financial services industry
- Must have asset management marketing and/or RFP experience
- Exceptional writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of investments and financial products
- Experience with Responsive or similar proposal management software (preferred)

Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 Annually
The actual base salary may vary depending on factors, including, but not limited to location, work experience, education, training, skill level, and market conditions. At Pzena Investment Management, base salary is just one component of the total compensation, which may include, year-end discretionary bonus and employee benefits.
