The Operations role will be responsible for performing daily reconciliations, margin and cash management, break resolution, maintenance of internal and external order management systems, along with other daily operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Daily reconciliation of trades, cash, and positions
- Coordination with executing brokers and custodians on street break resolution
- Listed and OTC trade settlements
- Trade support including trade capture
- Confirm and monitor the cash flow activity of private transactions with external counterparties
- Assist in the settlement of syndicated bank debt including monthly/quarterly agent notices
- Portfolio pricing and P&L verification at month-end
- Overall maintenance of internal OMS
- Assist with onboarding OMS
Requirements
- Experience with Enfusion or Eclipse Order Management Systems
- 1+ year middle office trade operations with equities or bonds experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
