Your opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Team, providing dedicated support to our Talent Acquisition Partners across sourcing, candidate screening and interview scheduling, and taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of roles.
You will:
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners with end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and fit against role requirements
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking and referrals
- Assist with preparing look books of candidate profiles in PowerPoint for review where applicable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters)
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of roles, managing the candidate journey from sourcing through to offer
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote Janus Henderson as an employer of choice
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed, including processing invoices and maintaining team mailboxes
- Collaborate on Talent Acquisition related projects as required
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
- Experience in Recruiting or a HR-related support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Strong administrative skills, highly organised with good attention to detail
- Team player who is enthusiastic, flexible and enjoys collaborating
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about recruiting top talent and candidate experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have skills
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Knowledge of asset management or financial services industry beneficial

You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.
Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $55,000 = $65,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through October 18, 2026.
