What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation for new and existing clients, ensuring delivery aligned with business goals
- Manage multiple concurrent client implementations, balancing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations
- Develop and drive detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines through to completion
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management
- Partner with internal teams (technology, product, support) to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain delivery commitments
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure client requirements are clearly understood, documented, and fulfilled within agreed timelines
- Drive transparency through structured documentation and consistent communication
- Support post-implementation activities including enhancements, maintenance, and client success initiatives
- Collaborate on quarterly business reviews with senior client stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Implementation Management, or Product Delivery
- Strong understanding of front-office trading environments and account management workflows
- Experience working with trading platforms on the buy-side or sell-side
- Knowledge of Equities, FX, or Fixed Income trading workflows
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and precision
- Experience gathering requirements, defining workflows, and scoping engagements
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions
- Ability to operate effectively in both independent and collaborative team environments
