We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Risk Partner (BRP) to join our Business Risk Organization (BRO) within the GWM Marketing business unit. You will be the driving force behind embedding smart, pragmatic, and future ready risk management across our US & LatAm marketing activities.
In this role you will:
- Lead BRP coverage for GWM Marketing US and LatAm, partnering closely with the Regional Head to oversee risk in regional marketing initiatives (risk briefings, deep dives, process enhancements, escalations).
- Champion strong governance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in line with GWM frameworks, operating controls, and risk reporting requirements.
- Be the go to advisor for day to day risk topics, offering sharp, practical guidance; challenging the status quo; and anticipating risks in marketing processes and projects.
- Drive impact oriented change, contributing to ad hoc projects that enhance frameworks, controls, and operating models.
- Collaborate across borders and functions, including Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and second line of defense partners to co create pragmatic, business forward solutions.

Your expertise
We’re looking for someone who brings both professional rigor and creative thinking:
- Solid experience in Risk, Legal, Compliance, or Audit (financial services preferred).
- Ideally 5–15 years in a risk or risk adjacent role within Marketing, preferably in a financial institution.
- A clear and confident communicator who can influence across levels, cultures, and regions.
- A proactive driver with strong problem solving skills, able to design practical solutions and ensure they land.
- A self starter with a can do mindset, comfortable working independently and owning outcomes.
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish; additional languages advantageous.
- Someone who thinks beyond the obvious and is excited to build, innovate, challenge, and elevate how marketing risk is managed.

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
- United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 200000 - max USD 275000
- United States - New York - New York min USD 200000 - max USD 275000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
