Role Description The Project Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, with a mix of on-site work and some work from home. This role coordinates and supports investment-related and operational projects, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking project plans, preparing status reports, organizing meetings, and following up on action items with internal stakeholders. The Project Specialist will collaborate with investment, operations, and client service teams to resolve issues, streamline processes, and enhance client-facing activities. The role also involves maintaining project documentation, supporting quality assurance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with MetLife Investment Management’s standards.
