Position Summary
The Business Services Talent Integration Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving a best in class integration experience for Business Services professionals at the firm. Sitting within the Business Services Talent Management team, this role supports the firm’s broader talent management strategy by ensuring new Business Services hires are effectively integrated into the firm following day 1 orientation and are positioned for early success during their first 90 days. The Talent Integration Manager partners closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless transition from day 1 orientation into a structured, high touch integration journey for Business Services professionals. The role also collaborates with Talent Acquisition on the rollout and scaling of Day 1 firm orientation across U.S. offices. The Talent Integration Manager works cross functionally with Business Services leaders, Human Resources colleagues, Learning & Development, and other departments to deliver role and level specific integration experiences while building scalable onboarding frameworks that enhance the employee experience and support retention and performance.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Own the post day 1 onboarding and integration experience for Business Services hires through the first 90 days of employment
- Design and manage role and level specific integration plans for Business Services professionals, with enhanced support for senior and priority hires
- Coordinate stakeholder introductions, integration touchpoints, and milestone reviews to support early engagement and performance readiness
- Partner cross functionally with Business Services leadership, Human Resources, Learning & Development, and other departments to ensure a seamless integration experience
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment between day 1 firm orientation and post orientation integration programs for Business Services talent
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on the rollout and scaling of day 1 firm orientation across additional U.S. offices
- Leverage firm competencies and Business Services career frameworks to support consistent, high quality integration experiences
- Develop onboarding and integration materials, including plans, guides, templates, communications, and manager toolkits for Business Services roles
- Coach people managers on best practices for integrating and developing new hires
- Identify relevant metrics and analyze data to assess onboarding effectiveness, participation trends, and early indicators of success
- Identify gaps in onboarding workflows and lead cross functional solutions to improve the Business Services employee experience for new hires
- Support special projects and initiatives within the Business Services Talent Management team as assigned
Qualifications/Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, onboarding, learning and development, or HR operations
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering post‑day 1 onboarding or integration programs for non‑lawyer or professional staff populations
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across functions and levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, operate independently, and maintain confidentiality
Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience supporting Business Services or professional staff populations in a professional services or complex organizational environment
- Background in learning design, training facilitation, or structured ramp‑up programs
- Experience scaling onboarding or orientation programs across offices or geographies
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms; Workday Journeys preferred
Compensation
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $185,000-$200,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, anticipated assignment, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
