Role Description The Insurance Agent is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves prospecting and acquiring new clients, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products and investment-linked solutions. The Insurance Agent will prepare quotations, present policy options, explain coverage terms, and assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Daily tasks include managing a client portfolio, delivering high-quality service, handling inquiries and claims-related questions, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to stay informed on product updates, market trends, and risk considerations, while meeting individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- Strong insurance domain capabilities, including Insurance, Insurance Sales, and Insurance Brokerage skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Solid Finance knowledge to interpret client financial situations, explain product features, and support investment-related insurance solutions.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, relationship building, and a client-focused approach to problem solving.
- Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or investment management, preferably in a client-facing or advisory capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time and priorities independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, office productivity software, and basic data analysis; fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial.
