Role Description The Insurance Sales Representative is a full-time role based in Heliopolis with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client engagement with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for prospecting and developing new insurance business, presenting MetLife insurance products to individual and institutional clients, and advising on coverage options that align with client needs and risk profiles. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal underwriting and operations teams, and maintaining accurate records in sales and CRM systems. The representative will provide ongoing customer support, handle policy renewals and endorsements, respond to inquiries, and ensure a high level of service and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with brokerage partners, participation in sales campaigns, and regular performance reporting are also key elements of the role.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess solid Insurance and Insurance Brokerage skills, with a clear understanding of products, policies, risk concepts, and market dynamics.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, and a commitment to long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid, team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in life, health, or general insurance sales, and familiarity with institutional or corporate clients, is an advantage.
