Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Insurance Sales role based in Heliopolis, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Insurance Sales professional will identify and engage prospective clients, assess their insurance needs, and present appropriate insurance solutions aligned with MetLife Investment Management’s offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, explaining policy options, preparing quotes, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through closing and post-sale follow-up. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, collaborating with internal teams and brokerage partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The Insurance Sales professional will also provide ongoing customer service, support policy renewals, and contribute to sales targets and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with a strong ability to match products to client needs.
- Background in Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance, including familiarity with market offerings and regulatory requirements.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and handling inquiries and issues professionally.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with effective negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation and consultative selling abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across in-office and remote settings.
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts and comfort discussing insurance within broader investment and risk-management conversations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software; ability to maintain accurate, timely records.
- Relevant professional certifications or licenses in insurance sales (where applicable) are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
