RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Fund accounting, investor reporting, and management company financials
- Oversight of fund administration platform and core accounting systems
- Manage relationships with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel
- Produce quarterly and annual LP reports to institutional-grade standards
- Wear multiple hats
REQUIREMENTS
- 4–6+ years of Private Equity Fund Accounting experience
- Hands-on operator who can function at a smaller manager
- Experience with fund accounting, waterfall mechanics, and LP reporting
