Vitruvio is a tech-enabled financial operations provider for the insurance industry, launching out of the D. E. Shaw group. The company seeks a director of accounting to play a critical leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day management of operational workflows, team performance, and service delivery quality. Reporting to the co-founder and head of operations, this role offers the chance to serve as the operational backbone of the team, bridging strategy and execution while maintaining the standards that define Vitruvio's client experience.
The role is with Vitruvio, not the D. E. Shaw group. As a portfolio company of the D. E. Shaw group’s venture studio, DESCOvery, Vitruvio benefits from the firm’s entrepreneurial expertise and network. Please note that Vitruvio will be reviewing all applications and making hiring decisions independently of the D. E. Shaw group.
