Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Insurance Sales Representative role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Insurance Sales Representative will identify and develop new insurance business opportunities, meet with prospective and existing clients, and recommend suitable insurance solutions aligned with their needs and risk profiles. Responsibilities include presenting product information clearly, preparing and delivering proposals, managing the sales pipeline, and following up to ensure timely policy issuance and renewals. The role involves providing responsive customer service, addressing inquiries and claims-related questions, and coordinating with underwriting, operations, and brokerage partners to ensure accurate and compliant documentation. The Insurance Sales Representative will also monitor market trends, support sales campaigns, meet performance targets, and maintain accurate records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
